Thank you for being one of our valued customers here at The Centre. We are so pleased that you have booked with us and we look forward to working with you. We endeavour to provide a safe, friendly and fun environment for all people who visit The Centre.

Please carefully read the terms of your booking and sign if you are happy to proceed.
 

1. The Centre maintains the right to cancel a court booking at their discretion. Staff at The Centre will notify court hirers of a cancelation at the earliest possible time. Court hirers will not be liable to pay for booking if they have not taken the court.

2. You must present yourself to the kiosk desk to let staff know of your arrival. You may not take the court without staff permission. Court booking times must strictly be adhered to.

3. Court hires must be paid for upon arrival. If the participant who has booked the court is not there at the beginning of booking timeslot, another member of the group must pay before they are given access to the court.

4. The booking is only valid for the dates outlined in this form. Additional dates must be discussed and agreed upon with the Sport manager.  We are not liable to offer you the same timeslot you have had in the past.

5. Failure to give notice of a cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge, payable on your next court hire booking. Failure to pay on request will result in all future court bookings being cancelled.

6. In signing this form you are also agreeing to The Centre code of conduct. You have been given a copy of this and it can also be accessed at https://www.thecentredural.org.au/ Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in patrons being removed from their court without refund. Repeated breach of The Centres code of conduct may result in patrons no longer being welcome here.

7. We do not permit outside competitions to be played here on a weekly basis, unless run by an affiliated organisation, such as Football NSW. Part of this includes the use of mobile buzzers to facilitate competition style games during your hire. Doing so will result in cancellation of ongoing hires. We are more than happy for you to use Referee Whistles

8. Our current price for court hires is $110 per court per hour.

9. Having the court screens on is not included in your court hire. This is something we do for you if we have the time.
