Functional Mobility and Balance

If you want to work on your fitness, but don’t know where to start, come join our Over 55’s Movement Class. Improve balance, function and strength to boost your independence and enable you to continue to live an active and healthy lifestyle.

Using a fun, social and judgement free environment these group classes focus on correct technique with no impact and no floor work. Facilitated by an ESSA accredited exercise scientist, all exercises are adaptable to your abilities, experience and fitness.
