Service Description
Stay strong, mobile, and independent with Move It or Lose It! A low-impact, adaptable movement class designed for adults 55+ to maintain functionality, balance, and overall well-being. In this supportive and friendly environment, you'll engage in: - Low-impact exercises to protect joints while building strength. - Balance and coordination drills to improve stability and confidence. - Stretching and mobility movements to enhance flexibility and posture. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking to maintain an active lifestyle, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. No equipment or prior experience is needed—just bring yourself and a willingness to move! This class is based on our weekly Movement Class program. Our gentle, bodyweight-based exercises are perfect for all fitness levels. Regular classes run weekdays, but this is your chance to try it out—no strings attached! Take charge of your health, have fun, and stay independent. Remember, if you don’t use it, you might lose it!
