Mitch Levingston
Senior PastorMitch has the privilege of leading The Centre and is responsible for the overall vision and direction for the ministry and business life of The Centre. Mitch’s primary ministry roles include preaching, teaching, leadership development and strategic planning. He oversees staff and volunteers and ensures that The Centre is equipped to engage in prayer, outreach, pastoral care and evangelism. Mitch has a fitness background, participating in triathlons and long-distance running. He is excited to combine his passions of Jesus and sport at The Centre. Mitch is married to Rachel and has 3 young children.
Murray Lambert
Associate PastorMurray’s 3 biggest passions are sharing Jesus, building community and storytelling. His role as Associate Pastor at The Centre sees these 3 loves culminating into a position where he can serve both the Church and the wider Hills community. Murray is responsible for the worship service’s operations and setting the worship team’s vision and direction. He also oversees small group coordination ministry and offering pastoral care to young adults and young families. Murray is married to Emily and father to young George.
Brian Codrington
Missions and Outreach PastorBrian has discovered the purpose, significance and hope that Jesus offers, and what Jesus meant when he said ‘Í have come that you might have life in all its fullness’. Joining the pastoral team in 1991 with a focus on connecting with the community, Brian oversees mission and outreach of The Centre including the SALT leadership program in the Solomon Islands, chaplaincy program, discipleship courses, Care and Concern Ministries, and encouragement of the Men’s Shed leadership team. Brian as a Chartered Accountant also provides support in the finances and budgets of The Centre. He is married to Lynne with three adult children and loves sport and the great outdoors, particularly four wheel driving.
Lucinda Taylor
The Centre Children’s WorkerLucinda is the bridge between the “ministry” and “sports” aspects of The Centre. She is responsible for all children’s programs across The Centre. She is an Action Kidz coach, assists in sports clinics, runs the creche, supervises Inflatable World, serves in the cafe and oversees Play Time, Kids Church and Youth. Lucinda’s love of adventure and sports made her a natural fit for the team at Dural. Lucinda is married to Drew.
Craig Glasby
General ManagerCraig came on board as General Manager in 2017 and is responsible for the operations of The Centre, ranging from new business to facilities management. Craig seeks to connect the ministry and sports aspect of The Centre and ensure that ministry outcomes are achieved through business relationships. Craig, along with his wife Robyn, have been part of The Centre family since January 2000. They have 3 adult daughters.
Mary Jones
Sports ManagerMary has attended church at The Centre since 2017, and joined staff as Sports Manager in 2022 is responsible for overseeing day to day sport operations at The Centre. Her biggest passions are sharing the love of Jesus in practical ways and making physical activity more accessible. Mary is a qualified Exercise Scientist and has also completed studies in Theology and Leadership & Management. Prior to commencing at The Centre, Mary worked at a disability organisation for 6.5 years in both management and clinical roles. Mary is married to Alex.
Angie Innes
Office ManagerAngie has been part of The Centre since 1997 and has worked in both administration and ministry for the past 24 years. Working alongside the Pastoral Team, Council & General Manager, Angie supports governance, church, operations, administration, communications, marketing and events. She has a passion for making people feel welcome, especially in the area of hospitality. Angie is married to Ian, and has 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
Sue Webb
AccountsSue has been part of The Centre for over 20 years. Sue has been involved in pastoral care, marriage counselling, the worship team as well as coming on staff in 2016 working in the accounts department 3 days per week. Sue has a photography & counselling background and has a heart to help and support people who need assistance. Sue has a passion for the outdoors and loves spending time with family. She is married to Cam and has 2 adult children and 1 grandchild.
Ashley Sheppard
Sports, Hire & Party BookingsAsh has been playing Netball at The Centre for over 25 years and currently works at The Centre 3 days per week. Ash helps with the admin side of sports at The Centre, organising comps, games, training, and other events. She is also works alongside Lindsey looking after Inflatable World party bookings and The Centre hire enquiries. Ash is married to Alex and mum to 2 young children.
Lindsey Atkinson
Party Bookings & Social MediaLindsey’s love of sport has seen her play Futsal at the Centre for some time, leading her to come on staff in a part time capacity in 2022 working 2.5 days per week. Lindsey is part of the Inflatable World admin team and works to improve processes and procedures as well as working alongside Ashley organising parties and bookings. She also works alongside Johanna looking after social media and marketing for The Centre. Lindsey is married to Shaun and has 2 adult sons.
Johanna Maasepp
Graphic Design & MarketingJo has been part of The Centre family for many years being involved in children’s, youth and women’s ministries. Jo is a qualified graphic designer and her creative flare has seen her come on staff 2 days a week being responsible for graphics and branding, as well marketing and social media working alongside Lindsey for The Centre. Jo is married to Erik and is a busy mum to 4 young children.
David Bunston
Cafe ManagerDavid has been part of the Dural Church family for over 10 years and his friendly
personality along with his love of people made him a natural choice Café Manager. Dave’s love of interacting with people has seen him diversify outside of hospitality for a period of time, also working in aged care in activities and recreation.
His interests include fishing, sailing and anything by the water!
Negar Ghobadi
Cafe ChefWith an Iranian background and previous experience in hospitality having worked in restaurants, cafes, childcare, and aged care, she brings a warm friendly personality to patrons of The Centre and a wealth of knowledge, experience and exotic recipes to the café menu.
Negar is married to her husband Kamran and is mother to two school aged children.
She enjoys spending time with her family, travelling and sourcing new products to produce tasty new recipes.
