Enfield Allstars 2-4 Dural Warriors
New weekend, same result! Dural Warriors claimed a 4-2 victory over Enfield Allstars at Morris Iemma Indoor SC in the late kick off.
One of the best performances from the Dural Warriors this season, they held on to a two-goal half time lead to see things through. The result leaving Enfield Allstars still chasing their first win of the campaign.
Dural Warriors needed to step up against a much-improved Enfield Allstars team, and coach Rob Varela credited as their best performance of the season so far. Leading the way for them was fourteen-year-old Rubi Sullivan who opened the scoring in a fantastic game overall. Sullivan joined by Emma Hurley and Rachel Perrins as goal scorers on the night.
Enfield Allstars did give them a scare twice in the second half however. Cutting the deficit to one on both occasions, Daniella Mandile and Renee Houliaras found the back of the net with a couple of new faces coming into the side.
Enfield Allstars face Mountain Majik next weekend while Dural Warriors have a home and away clash against Boomerangs FS.
